$50 billion in rent relief is up for grabs. These landlords are working with tenants to get help Last spring, Sydney Boggs and Matthew Herndon were delighted to be renting their first home together and welcoming their newborn son. But by the fall, they were both out of work, behind on rent and unable to buy food.
