I rushed to clean the truck before my first inspection and was rewarded with this sunrise. It's already looking like it's going to be another fantastic day.

This is looking good. At today’s inspection they crew are pour the concrete for the driveway. Most times this is done before I get here, but today was different. All I can say is the amount of skill to do this job right, people just don’t understand. Happy to be here today.

My daughter and I went sturgeon fishing this last weekend. Happy to be able to check this off our bucket lists. Now back to inspecting.

Finished the Boise Grand Slam today with a good friend. This was definitely a difficult one. Finished the afternoon with a swim at Arrowrock Reservoir. What a challenge and what a reward. Thank you Idaho.

Back from a great weekend exploring the Tetons and Yellowstone with the family. Recharged and ready for a busy week of inspections with my favorite agents and their clients!

It's always surprising how many things we find that need to be corrected by the builder during both the initial new construction inspection and again during the 11 month warranty inspection. Make sure those costly repairs are identified while the builder will still cover them. Be sure to book your New Construction Inspection before closing and schedule the 11 month Warranty Inspection at the same time. Peace of mind!
