Ian joined Orangetheory as a founding member of OTF Sudbury 🇨🇦 in 2021. Despite undergoing a challenging surgery, he never gave up hope of returning to his favorite workout. Throughout his recovery, OTF Sudbury kept him connected and feeling like a valued part of the orange family. Beaming with joy as he handed over his medical note, Ian was cleared to take classes again! Ian truly embodies our mantra of More Life. Welcome back to the Orange Zone, Ian! 🧡

Meet Tanya, the dedicated ICU nurse tackling 12-hour shifts. Recognizing the importance of mental health amidst the grueling hours, she turns to OTF for rejuvenation and resilience.
She says, "People make jokes about how Orangetheory can be ‘Orangetherapy.’ And for me, that rings true! Whether I’ve had a stressful shift or have a stretch of days off, you can find me at a studio for my mental reset. Between the high energy, welcoming environment, and being surrounded by friends, those 50-60 minutes are always able to bring me back to center so I can be the best version of myself!"

🍑 Day 4 of our Twelve Days of Fitness Challenge brought the heat with 'Drop it Like a Squat' – the highest-rated specialty workout of 2023! 🔥💪 Celebrating the power of the squat, we worked through different variations, getting that heart rate up by dropping it lowww down. Because friends don't let friends skip leg day. Or squat day, for that matter!!
Day 3 of our Twelve Days of Fitness Challenge took us on an ESP Extravaganza ride! 🏃♂️💨 Voted the most talked-about workout of the year on social media, it was a treads trifecta – Endurance, Strength, and Power distance challenges in three epic blocks! 🔥 Was this anyone else's favorite ESP workout of the year?
🔥 Day 2 of our Twelve Days of Fitness Challenge brought us the ultimate thrill – The Chipper! 🏋️♂️💨 Voted the highest-rated signature workout of the year, we kicked it off with our longest treads, farthest rower distance, and highest floor reps. With every effort, we chipped away at those reps, distances, and times! 💪✨ Who else crushed it with us yesterday? 🚣♀️🏃♂️
DAY 1 OF 12 DAYS OF FITNESS! 💥 Power Hour!💥 Yesterday's workout was all about turning up the heat, pushing boundaries, and unleashing that inner powerhouse for a full 60 minutes! 🔥🏋️♂️ Who else left feeling like a superhero? 💪✨
