We are happy to announce a Brand new program at Le Club Touche Fencing Academy - Sambo/Self-Defense that starts on January 4th, 2022

The registration is now open.

Children's groups: 4-7 years old; 8-12 years old; 13 and older
Classes for children include strength training, acrobatic, athletic and aerobic exercise. This allows the child to develop in many ways. But the most important thing is psychological preparation.

Group Classes include the following:
technique of wrestling on the ground )painful holds on arms, legs, suffocation, various retention)
technique of wrestling in a standing position (attack, defense, transfer to the ground)
percussion technique (study of boxing techniques, kickboxing, muay thai, army hand-to-hand battle)
general physical preparation
and many more...
Anyone may join regardless of age and skills.
Private Lessons:
Standard 20-min lessons, one-on-one with the coach, are available at any time at additional cost
