Big Checks Go Out To Developers Who Invested In East Ridge's Border District; Rebate Deals Vary Big checks were just issued to developers who took part in East Ridge's Border Region District. Under a 2012 state law, the developers get a large rebate on sales tax collections in the District as an incentive to move their business there.

Chris Dorsey Resigns As East Ridge City Manager A statement said that Mayor Brian Williams "expressed his appreciation for Dorsey’s leadership and time of service to East Ridge and its citizens and wish him well in his next chapter.  Dorsey helped facilitate numerous economic development projects within the city during his tenure."

Class of ‘78, we have a classmate in dire need of some financial assistance. This person reached out to a few of us this morning and is behind in power, water, and mortgage. The home might actually be taken in foreclosure. She cares full-time for her elderly mother who has some serious medical issues. Our classmate relayed that she’s secured a job working at home that will begin October 31st.

She just requires a help-up right now.

Her need is very real, as her accounts and bills were made available to be scrutinized. So please know this is not a scam in any way.
