We wrapped up an amazing school year with an awesome Graduation Celebration about a month ago. Kelsey, from The Owl Soda Fountain & Gifts put together the most decadent treats, Myranda, from MD Photography captured beautiful photos, and Maria from Shaved Ice & More brought her truck for delicious Shaved Ice. There were many others who brought games, snacks, help set up and take down, offered to help, and we couldn’t have asked for a better group! The ceremony was quick but entertaining and it was fun to see everyone together. It was such a rewarding year, and we can’t see where the future takes us! Cheers to the 2023-2024 school year! 🎉 🎉

Must be 30 months by September 1st to enroll in the Sprouts session.

Must be 36 months by September 1st to enroll in the PreK sessions.

Last month, we had an amazing time with Cassandra from Music Together at Fruit Tones Studio - Music Center! Two of our classes visited the studio location for a field trip and she visited our other class during the session. It’s such a fun program they offer to the community for children to express themselves with music, experiment with instruments, and listen and move to all sorts of different types of sounds!

We have been having a wonderful school year so far! In February, for Children’s Dental Awareness month, we had a special visitor from Wenatchee Pediatirc Dentistry. Here are some pictures of just some a few activities we enjoyed 🪥🦷

You know that saying “time flies when you’re having fun”? It’s hard to believe we are almost three months into this school year! We’ve had a lot of fun and learning experiences so far, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the school year brings.

Our school had the opportunity to get class and student photos! We thoroughly enjoyed the time with Myranda from MD Photography, and couldn’t be happier with the wonderful keepsake photos.

Here is a late post on the last two summer camp weeks we had! The themes were Backyard Bugs and Under The Sea. We packed in crafts, STEM, themed snacks, the parachute, building, playing- just to name a few! We all had a blast and now it is time to start getting ready for the school year!

☀️We had a wonderful Outdoor Explorer themed summer camp last week! We went on an ABC scavenger hunt, created nature art, made bird feeders, got to know new friends, and so much more!

Our dramatic play area has turned into a Grocery Store! This center is always such a hit and it is so fun to watch the students imaginations go wild as they play. 🛒

We took a field trip to The Wenatchee Riverfront Railway last week. We always have a great time when we visit! Thank you for hosting our preschool! 🚂☀️

Did you know February is National Children’s Dental Health Month? We have been learning a lot about teeth the last couple weeks and we were lucky enough to have a Tooth Fairy visit for each class!

Shaving cream + foam blocks = messy building play! It was so fun to watch the PreK students create buildings and towers.

It’s amazing how fast November flew by. Here are a few(okay, maybe a lot) of photos of just some of the activities, crafts, and fun we had!

Last week we had an adventure to Annie's Fun Farm! They offer a lot of activities: hayrides, corn pit, pumpkin bowling, apple slingshot, and then some. It’s always fun watching the preschoolers explore and experience new places!

We wrapped up our apple theme today with an apple taste test! We voted in September what color(out of four apple colors) we favored the most and then re-voted today when we were able to try all four apples at once.

Teacher Amber was surprised how many thought they liked green…. until they tried them! 😆

This was the first time we have incorporated this activity into the curriculum and it was such a fun experience for everyone! 🍏🍎

The first day of Preschool was on Friday! This year is going to be so much fun! 🎉✏️

Today was the first day for our PreK class! Teacher Amber and Miss Megan are so excited to teach this class and can’t wait to watch them grow! 🎉📚

The first day of school is only a month away! I have missed teaching so much but on a positive note, the classroom renovations are moving along. I appreciate the patience to tour the classroom while we finish up!

❗️There is AMAZING news that needs to be shared❗️

Miss Megan will be joining Ready, Set, Grow! Preschool as a Teacher Assistant! Her adventurous, fun loving, free spirit will be a fantastic addition to our classroom. I am so excited be working with her!

With this change, there are now an additional two spots open in each classroom for this upcoming school year. If you know anyone looking for a a Preschool or PreK, send them our way! 📚✏️

We had ladybugs and butterflies in the classroom. It was such a wonderful experience to watch the different transformations! The students had the opportunity to watch a butterfly emerge from a cocoon and the amazement in their eyes was priceless. 🐞🦋

We had an amazing field trip to Inspirations Ceramic & Art Cafe a couple weeks ago!

Foil painting is one of my favorite activities. We tried to make it look like the Arctic to go with our theme this month.

We made slime together and then played with it. Adding letters made it not only fun, but educational!

White slime + buttons + craft sticks = snowmen building without the snow! ⛄️❄️
