Choose soups that balance out these starches with lots of veggies, protein, and healthy fats, and you can always reduce the quantity of the carb source when you’re the chef in charge.

- 3 tablespoons of boiled and chopped broccoli,
- 2 tablespoons of grated carrots,
- 2 eggs,
- 3 tablespoons of oat bran,
- 1 dessert spoon of olive oil,
- Salt to taste.

📌For Preparation:
-Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and place in the silicone mold to bake in the airfryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
-If you want, you can also bake it in the oven.
-It takes about 15/20 minutes.

Almond Flour Blackberry Muffins - gluten and refined sugar-free, netting only 1.4g of countable carbs!
I have been busy foraging over the past couple of weeks and it's definitely a bumper crop this year (and yes I am still baking plums!)
I will of course be making the obligatory apple and blackberry crumble, but another way we love to enjoy blackberries at this time of the year is in a muffin. They are great for snacks and when you need a quick breakfast.
Ingredients:
300 g almond flour
1 1⁄2 tsp baking powder (gf)
4 large eggs, separated
150 g xylitol or erythritoll
80 g Greek yoghurt
1 tsp almond extract
1⁄2 lemon, zest and juice
250 g blackberries, halved if very big
For the crumble topping
50 g almond flour
20 g sweetener
15 g butter, melted
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 C / 180 C fan and line your muffin tins with 12 cases
In a bowl mix together the almond flour and baking powder
In another bowl using an electric whisk or stand mixer, whisk together the egg whites until light and fluffy.
Pour the egg whites into a clean bowl and set them to one side.
Now whisk together the egg yolks, sweetener, yoghurt, almond extract, lemon zest and juice until well combined.
Then slowly whisk in the almond flour mixture until fully blended.
Once combined slowly mix back in the egg whites being very careful not to over whisk as you want to keep as much air in as possible.
Remove the whisk and gently fold the blackberries into your batter with a spatula.
Using 2 spoons, spoon the mixture evenly into your muffin cases.
For the Crumble Topping
Combine all ingredients to make a light crumb mixture.
Sprinkle on top of each muffin.
Bake the muffins for 35-40 minutes. They should be golden brown on top and a skewer should come out clean.
Leave to cool on a rack and then enjoy!

Low Carb Stuffed Caprese Chicken Hasselback Recipe is a great Gluten-gree and Grain-Free dinner option in indulge into. The Italian flair you get with this easy and quick recipe will add a great overall experience.
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
2 tomatoes
2 Mozarella
1/2 cup Basil leaves
olive oil
salt pepper
Instructions
Heat up the oven to 200C or 400F
Using a sharp knife, make 4-5 slits on the top side of chicken breasts. Make sure it is not fully cut, so your chicken breast will stay compact. I normally cut it into 3/4 of the breast, to be able to fill them in.
Fill each slit with one piece of tomato, mozzarella and one bigger leave of Basil. Continue, until you have filled all the chicken breasts prepared.
Line a baking tray with parchement paper and gently place the chicken breassts with filling on top of the tray.
Once your chicken breasts are nicely spread all over the tray, sprinkle the generously with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sprinkle salt and pepper. At this point, you can add more flavor by using your favourite seasoning, probably some additional herbs like Marjoram or oregano.
Bake for approximatelly 25 minutes

Avocados are rich in dietary fiber. Dietary fiber swells with water, which increases satiety and inhibits fat and calorie absorption.
Therefore, Eating Nuts is More Likely to Gain Weight Than Avocados.
Avocados are a superfruit known as "forest cream". In Latin America, locals often eat avocados as food.
Avocados also contain vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, B vitamins, and minerals such as potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, zinc, copper, manganese, and selenium.
Many nutritionists believe that "one avocado is equivalent to three eggs". The World Encyclopedia ranks avocados as the most nutritious fruit.

🥜 Steve’s family introduced me to almond butter toast after we got married and let me tell you… my life was changed!
SO GOOD! 🎉 I love how the almond butter gets all melty on the toast… ugh delicious. 😋

Fiber Tortillas Recipe
This Fiber Tortillas Recipe made with super special new Fiber Fathead Dough, that is extra pliable for any Keto Dishes you can imagine. These 3 ingredients only Nut-Free Keto Dough is extra versatile for any of the Grain-free, Gluten-free or Sugar-free Keto Recipes to come.
Ingredients:
250g ( 2,5 Cups) Shredded Mozarella
2 Eggs
10 Tbsp (50g) Potato Fiber
Oat Fiber can be used as a replacement
Instructions:
Prepare a Fathead Dough. First, start melting the mozzarella cheese. Once that is fully melted add fiber, egg, and mix fully until all three ingredients are incorporated into one beautiful silky dough. (check Video)
Once the dough is fully mixed, place it onto the silicone mat and cut it into eight pieces.
Separate the dough into equal eight parts.
Once you have the dough separated, take one piece, and roll into a round shape. I like to use a small silicone roller but you can use a wooden one or just a wine bottle.
Roll the tortilla into the thinnest piece possible.
Once the dough is rolled into a round shape take one of the bowls you have at home in the shape and size you want your tortilla to be and press gently to make a perfectly round shape. (check Video)
After you have cut, sliced, rolled, and shaped your Keto Tortillas, gently place them onto a parchment paper.
Once all of the tortillas are rolled you can start getting ready for cooking them.
You can either place all of them into the oven( 200C° (400F) for about 10 to 12 minutes until slightly brown) which is also a choice, or cook them one by one on the stove.

Sweet Cinnamon Cream Cheese Keto Chaffle Recipe as a perfectly easy Breakfast Chaffles Recipe using your Dash Mini Maker and reaching that Keto Waffle Breakfast yumminess. Learn how to make Low Carb Waffle Recipe that is as well Gluten-Free, Grain-Free, made with Almond Flour and Cream Cheese and perfect for diabetics.
Ingredients:
50g /1/4 Cup) Cream Cheese
17g (2Tbsp) Almond Flour
12g (1Tbsp) Protein Powder unflavored
2g (1/2 tsp) Baking Powder
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2g (1 tsp) Ground Cinnamon
4g (1 Tbsp) Sugar Substitute
Instructions:
Prepare all of your ingredients.
Add an egg, cinnamon and your sugar sweetener into the bowl. Using your hand mixer, mix all into the fluffiness.
Once your egg, cinnamon and sugar are fully mixed, add the rest of the ingredients and mix once again.
Add a few drops of vanilla extract into the mixture and make sure everything is fully incorporated.
Once your mixture is prepared, you can switch on your Dash Mini Maker.
Spray your dash mini maker with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, add scoop of the mixture, close the lid and wait until the green light switches off - ready and heated.
Once the green light switches off and you see the steam reduce it is a sign your Chaffle is ready.
Continue after all of your Chaffles are done.
Serve it as you would normally enjoy waffles.
Pour Sugar-Free liquid Honey or Maple Syrup.
