We have some exciting news to share! Smokin’ Rivet is expanding, and we just moved to a brand-new office at the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport. This office is much larger, so we will be able to provide you with even better customer service and more airplane parts. We can’t wait for all the exciting things to come in our new space.

We will be closed Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th so our employees can enjoy the holiday with friends and family. If there's anything you need over the holiday weekend, please leave us a message, and we will get back to you on Monday, July 8th.

Moving Day!! Time to move my project Cessna 140 from my buddies hangar to my new work hangar. This is how we do it in Wisconsin LOL. Tied to the back of my truck and towed down the road (not too far...only 1/2 mile) to my new hangar. Now I just need to start taking some time to work on it and get it back in the air!

Smokin' Rivet is in the house in Alaska!! Photos to follow. Had a great time at the Alaska Airmen's Show in Palmer. Now spending the week in Fairbanks going thru parts for a client. Weather has generally been pretty decent. Enjoying myself. Hope to establish a presence in Interior Alaska over the next year or so--wish us luck please!

I am temporarily suspending new orders until at least April 25 to clear the backlog of current orders I am behind on getting shipped out. Due to a labor shortage, I am having to do most everything so it takes me longer than normal to get items out of the airplanes and on the way. Our newest arrival! 1973 Cessna 421 Bravo. Will be starting to get some items removed for sale in the next month or so as we get to disassembly. Complete airplane--Engines, Propellers, interior, instruments, landing gear, etc. Please feel free to ask if we have items you may need. Please note it may take several days to get items removed as we are still processing this in to our inventory. I look forward to serving you!

Good day all! Please note Smokin' Rivet will be "temporarily closed" August 23 thru August 29, 2021 to attend the world famous International Cessna 120 / 140 Convention in Georgia. I will have access to email, phone, and text, but there may be a slight delay in my response due to all the fun I am having down there with great friends and new friends I hope to make. Please note: Smokin' Rivet is still gladly taking orders but will be unable to ship until after I return to my main office in Eau Claire, Wisconsin on August 2, 2021. Coming soon: 4 Cessna 140's in various states of disassembly. 1 fuselage is nearly complete and would be a fairly easy reassembly to get a nice airplane back in the air. The others vary in condition and mostly would be for parts for other flying airplanes. Once the snow melts (hopefully by May), we will be able to access the warehouse and start getting pictures and parts online for your shopping pleasure. I look forward to being of service to you!

New to Smokin' Rivet Airparts and Salvage--1982 Cessna Citation 550. Complete aircraft to part out less engines. Just a quick view of what's available. Full leather interior with seating for 6 and lavatory. 2 crew seats with sheepskin covers, beautiful interior cabinetry and interior materials. All avionics available (older steam gauges but functional), Garmin 430 WAAS, 2 Garmin 330 X-ponders, all major airframe parts, thrust reversers for JT15D engines and more. The disassembly of the aircraft has not started yet but if you have items you want, please shoot me an IM and I can put you on the list to be first called when removed. Disassembly is scheduled to start next week and continue over the entire summer as our crew is small.
