We are excited for tonight’s mentoring session with our ECASD District Wide chapter!! We have decided to take a little bit of a break from the stress of the world & school by teaming up with Angela Rose,LLC for a mediation session. Starting at 6pm we will be kicking off with a dinner then leading right into the meditation session.

Please be sure to bring a towel/yoga mat and wear athletic attire. Dinner will be included. Location will be disclosed via email. We hope to see all the mentees tonight!!😁😁

Each week I intuitively draw a card from my oracle card decks when we meet for our group meditation together. It’s interesting to see what theme is resonating with the group. It always resonates.

This week the Soul Work is:

1. Trust in how you feel. And feel into it.
(Trusting ourselves and feeling our emotions is healthy feminine energy)

2. Take an action step to create a safe space for yourself.
(Creating a safe space is healthy masculine energy).
We are balancing both energies this week.

So many of us are surviving in masculine energy and doing too much, stressing too much, trying to control life.

The older I get the more layers I get to discover about me.
We are not just one facet. We are many. We are mothers, daughters, lovers, partners, friends.
As women we will birth many things in this lifetime. New relationships, babies, new creations, new parts of ourselves, new bodies as we go through time.
Challenging ourselves to find a new love while leaning into softness and grace for our changing bodies, changing hormones, changing emotions, changing relationships with ourselves and others.
Accepting who we are fully. Letting go of what we can’t control. Having grace for shifting what we know we need to.
We are spirited spirits that have come into this life to evolve and explore all parts, all roles of ourselves.
We get to lean into every part. The ones we love and the ones we still are unsure of yet and the ones where we yet have to explore.
We get to discover our tribe who supports us into triggering our wounds into awareness and those who love us into our wholeness.
All the while getting to decide where we stay. Do we stay triggered in fear or do we evolve into and with love.
Free will choice is what we all have.
A journey I’m always exploring and expanding upon with others and one where I get to keep choosing me. A deeper, more sure, me.
Choosing love.
Unconditional love, for my soul.
Those of us who are here to be healers are called to remember and feel Gods unconditional love for us. We are here to remember who we really are.
Sometimes feeling like we are failing the test, the reality is, we are called to step into greatness’s. We will be tested over and over until we get it. God is good and will always remind us of our light.
We always have had everything we need inside of ourselves.
We are here on this Earth to remember it.
It’s time to believe in ourselves.
It’s time to shine. 🌹❤️

Tonight’s Oracle card reading from the meditation session was about owning our energy. We envisioned our inner light, gave it a color, a name, a feeling and moved with it. We moved through how we were feeling and acknowledged what was coming up for us and moved through into how we wanted to feel.
This weeks Soul Work: Journal or write down before bed every night this week something you are proud of yourself for. It can be the smallest thing. The goal is to have awareness of how much we are really doing. You probably are moving mountains but because you are doing it everyday it feels small and overwhelming. And bringing in gratitude, validating ourselves, and loving ourselves.

I would love to hear every day this week what you are proud of yourself for so we can celebrate with you. 🙏🏽💕❤️
