Here’s what the latest data are telling us:
1️⃣ Showing activity was down 10.2% compared to the same week last year. There were over 22,000 showings during the week, including all price ranges and property types across the metro region.
2️⃣ The luxury $1M+ range was the only segment with a gain in showings (+19.9%) while the $200-250K bracket saw the largest decline in showings (-28.7%).
3️⃣ The $300-400K range still makes up the largest share of showings (28.0%). Listings over $1M represented 3.5% of all showings.

1. Showing activity was 12.7% lower compared to the same week last year. There were almost 19,000 showings during the week, including all price ranges and property types across the metro region. Lower rates recently are of course expected to have an uplifting effect on showings and eventually pending sales.
2. Only one out of nine price ranges had an increases in showings compared to 2023. The luxury $1M+ range had the largest gain (+28.5%) while the $200-250K bracket saw the largest decline in showings (-25.1%).
3. The $300-400K range still makes up the largest share of showings (28.2%). Listings over $1M represented 3.9% of all showings.

3. The $300-400K range still makes up the largest share of showings (28.9%). Listings over $1M represented 2.9% of all showings.

1. Showing activity was 19.0% lower compared to the same week last year. There were nearly 21,000 showings during the week, including all price ranges and property types across the metro region.
2. But three out of nine price ranges did have increases in showings compared to 2023. The $1M+ range had the largest gain of 3.1% while the $200-250K range saw 43.9% fewer showings.
3. The $300-400K range still makes up the largest share of showings (27.9%). Listings over $1M represented 2.6% of all showings.

1. With rates touching 7.5%, showings slipped 11.9% compared to the same week last year. There were almost 23,000 showings during the week, including all price ranges and property types across the metro region.
2. Four out of nine price ranges had increases in showings compared to last year. The $1 Million+ range had the largest gain of 48.1% while the under $200K range saw 35.7% fewer showings (there are relatively few listings in this range).
3. The $300-400K range still makes up the largest share of showings (27.9%). Listings over $1M represented 3.3% of all showings.
