Horse Stance with Rotational Punch!

Want to get your heart rate racing and muscles burning?! Give this martial arts move a go!
- Get set up in a low horse stance (extra wide feet, sit low - like you're riding a horse 😉)
- Punch in an uppercut motion, focusing on thoracic rotation more than elbow swing
