When i lived in Boulder,
there was an ecstatic dance every sunday down the road from me.
it was called. MOVEMENT MASS.
I was deathly afraid of dancing so I made the jump and began attending.
Bashfully, i danced the entire event eyes closed; being seen dancing was more than i could handle at the time.
Returning to El Paso, i would talk with Gabe Beltran about ecstatic dances, their usefulness for me and the healing I endured lol from having one near me.

What is a Craniosacral Session?
Who is it for?

Craniosacral feels the fluid flow of your cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) to determine your health. The fluid flow of CSF surrounds many master glands in your system, including your spine and spinal cord, and has a rhythm similar to inhaling and exhaling.

1 RIN, the Kuji of Faith, Courage, and Discovery. We learn how to energize and make ourselves vibrant, so we can have an attitude that is open to living, to discovering more to our lives, to expanding our perception and transforming!We live every moment vibrantly.
2 KYO, the Kuji of Responsibility. We learn to adjust our attitude to be responsible and wise, to wholeheartedly embrace ourselves for every decision we make, to love our desires in life because they are us. Responsibility is grand self love.
3 TOH, the Kuji of Harmony, personal growth, and emotional intelligence. Our attitude towards personal growth is highly amplified to correct and change our personalities that are causing us pain. We start this with the lovign presence to be with our emotions, with our reasons for why we are who are, and building a new perception of our experience of our lives. We are harmonius with our life up to this point and moving forward.
4 SHA, The Kuji of Power, of Flowing, and Self-Empowerment. We embrace the attitude that self empowerment is our right. It's amazing to feel empowered, and it is due to our relationship with self and spirit. The act of growth is our power.
5 KAI, the Kuji of Unity, Love, and Compassion. Our attitude is highly transformed into loving awareness of spirit, ego, and blending ourselves back to wholeness. Softening the soft edges of our identifying with separation and seeing life as one, inside and out.
6 JIN, the Kuji of Knowledge, understanding, speaking and listening well. Our attitude is focused on listening to others, speaking our truth but also deeply integrating the effects of all the practice we have done before.
7 RETSU, the Kuji of Enhancing Perception. Our attitude is focused on being available to the orchestra of how life weaves itself. Reality as a beautiful chorus and you experience each note, each section to perfection.
8 ZAI, The Kuji of Manifestation, We redefine ourself as a Divine being experiencing human life, cherishing our human experience. The act of manifestation is in all of creation, and we are co Creators elevating our point of view to be of the highest self.

There is a concept I really enjoy by a philosopher named Goethe.
He spoke of allowing the essence of form to unveil itself to you.
Similar to receiving the sunlight.
I meditated on this concept, with flowers in front of me, receiving and patiently waiting for their essence to be unveiled.
Until several days later. It happened.
I tend to lean towards this concept in bodywork.
I let the client unveil before me, showing me their true essence.
Then helping this essence become embodied more fully in its human form.

Luckily I had my best day reforming her foot back into proper shape.
Alignment of the foot sets the rest of the body up for a solid foundation.

Yeah. YOU'RE Not ALONE. I was in your shoes when I first heard about REIKI.
I could feel energy ever since I was 8 years old. It was my secret passion. It wasn't until I joined massage school that i was introduced to Reiki.
It was explained as "energetic healing technique, they heal the body by hovering over it and passing healing energy to the ill areas." My first thought was, "What?!?! There is people like me out there, and they practice using ENERGY!!!???? I have to learn and meet these people!!!!"
From there I started to surround myself with like-minded energetic sorcerer's that saw the world from a similar POV. AND it provided me the ability to learn how to work with energy and LEAN INTO MY GIFT.
WHAT IS REIKI EXACTLY? It's a hands-off energetic healing technique. We use healing energy to heal parts of the body that have illness, imbalances or blockages. Our main system of assessment is the understanding of the chakras. Think Tai Chi meets healing hands over the body.
If your able to FEEL energy or already believe in Energy, Reiki is going to enhance this and open the door to a new realm of how to work with this and understand HEALTH.
The First class we talk Chakras, how Reiki works, and Practice Practice Practice. It's an awesome introduction to this world.
