Don’t forget to ask about our Massage Membership! 🫶🏼

Hi everyone!
I love seeing my clientele and interest in my services grow. I would like to address some ongoing issues lately. Here are some things for new and existing clients to keep in mind:

1. All clients should arrive a couple minutes early as you do need to sign a consent each time you get a massage, and new client will need to fill a questionnaire if they didn’t do so already online.

2. If you will be late to your appointment, even just a couple minutes, PLEASE call and let me or front desk know.

3. Being late will result in only receiving the remainder of your time, being over 15 minutes late may result in you needing to reachedule. Days where i am busy i will not push other clients back that did show up on time to their appointments.

4. Do not ”No Call, No Show”. Your time is important, but so is mine. If you can’t make your appointment, call and let us know. I am understanding and have no issue rescheduling for you, but allow that time to open up for someone else who may want that spot.

5. Please remember you can call during business hours and even book online. I try my best but when multiple people message me for scheduling outside of business hours, sometimes it gets looked over.

6. Last but MOST IMPORTANTLY, i absolutely will not tolerate any form of inappropriateness. You will be asked to leave, and you will not be welcome back to book with me.
