Emily Ross is a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years experience working with diverse populations in a multitude of settings.
She is a contributing author in two internationally bestselling books including
Ignite Your Health & Wellness and Ignite Your Life for Conscious Leaders.
Emily is passionate about amplifying the voices of individuals with mental health struggles, shaping public perception of whole person wellness, and leveraging community connection to enhance mental wellbeing.
Both professionally and personally, she strives to foster a strong sense of community through volunteering, serving others, and modeling belonging through connection with community.

Starting in January, 𝕊𝔼𝕋𝕏 𝒲ℴ𝓂ℯ𝓃 ℴ𝒻 ℐ𝓃𝒻𝓁𝓊ℯ𝓃𝒸ℯ will still meet the 2nd Friday of the Month at Wesley Methodist Church. However the time will be from 9:45AM- 11AM.
Please note: our last meeting of 2023 is our holiday party which is 11/10 from 10 to noon We hope to see you there!
