"I don’t normally like to share the people’s stories that I get to build for but this women’s strength has moved me in ways I didn’t think possible. This beautiful women, her name is Mara, she’s a single mom who in December lost her 17 year old son to brain cancer. In the midst of the passing of her son, she had to stop paying rent to pay medical bills and unfortunately got evicted from her home. While all this was happening, her husband and her seperated. This woman’s faith in God is some of the strongest I have ever seen. At the hardest and lowest point of her life she turned to God, and I feel so blessed to be given the opportunity to serve her. Now that she has this house, her daughter who had to go with her dad when they separated because she didn’t have house, they will be reunited in July when her daughter comes back to start school. Please pray for her safety and that she continues to seek God." - Luke
