Happy Father’s Day to all dads in the Blessed Sacrament community and Fr. John Paul!🙏🥰

6/15/24 Saying Farewell to Fr. John Paul and Deacon Sonny.
So many parishioners came to show their love and appreciation for both of them. In particular for our beloved priest, who has tremendously impacted this community with his beautiful homilies, his words of wisdom inside and outside of the confessional, his kindness and witty personality.
The love and respect we have for Fr. John Paul has been displayed during his 3 years here at Blessed Sacrament. Especially in the last month.
I personally have met many people who have wanted to show support any way they could.
One only needs to read the comments after each event or picture posted during the last 30 days to see how loved he truly is. It is clear that Father John Paul’s upcoming departure from Blessed Sacrament has brought so many different emotions.
But we know how blessed we are to have had him in our lives.
We will miss you dearly, Fr. John Paul. It is a sad time here at Blessed Sacrament. You leave a great void here and in our hearts.
May our Lord walk with you, everywhere you go.

6/15/24 Despedida del P. Juan Pablo y el diácono Sonny.
Muchos feligreses vinieron a mostrar su amor y aprecio por ambos. En particular por nuestro querido sacerdote, quien ha impactado tremendamente a esta comunidad con sus hermosas homilías, sus palabras de sabiduría dentro y fuera del confesionario, su amabilidad y su ingeniosa personalidad.
El amor y respeto que tenemos por el P. Juan Pablo ha sido exhibido durante sus 3 años aquí en Blessed Sacrament. Especialmente en el último mes.
Personalmente he conocido a muchas personas que han querido mostrar su apoyo en cualquier forma posible.
Sólo hay que leer los comentarios después de cada evento o foto publicada durante los últimos 30 días para ver lo amado que es realmente.
Está claro que la próxima partida del Padre Juan Pablo del Santísimo Sacramento ha traído muchas emociones diferentes.
Pero sabemos lo bendecidos que somos por haberlo tenido en nuestras vidas.
Lo extrañaremos muchísimo, P. Juan Pablo. Es un momento triste aquí en Blessed Sacrament. Deja un gran vacío aquí y en nuestros corazones.
Que nuestro Señor camine con usted dondequiera que vaya.

Dear brothers and sisters of Blessed Sacrament family,

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Bishop Seitz for the incredible opportunity that he has given to serve in this diocese from 2016 onwards , especially at Blessed Sacrament from 2021 onwards. It has been a blessing to serve and achieve many wonderful things with your support in our community. Transfers for the priests is common practice in the catholic church. At this juncture I am grateful to Bishop Seitz and appreciate all your support and cooperation to make a difference in the parish of blessed Sacrament. My ministry with you as transformed me and enriched with great experiences. I thank God and I thank all of you and sincerely request you all to accept bishop’s decision and extend same cooperation to my succesor Fr. Charles.

Quiero extender mi más sincero agradecimiento al Obispo Seitz por la increíble oportunidad que me ha brindado de servir en esta diócesis desde 2016 en adelante, especialmente en Blessed Sacrament desde 2021 en adelante. Ha sido una bendición servir y lograr muchas cosas maravillosas con su apoyo en nuestra comunidad. Los traslados de sacerdotes son una práctica común en la iglesia católica. En este momento agradezco al Obispo Seitz y aprecio todo su apoyo y cooperación para hacer una diferencia en la parroquia de Santísimo Sacramento. Mi ministerio con ustedes me transformó y me enriqueció con grandes experiencias. Doy gracias a Dios y a todos ustedes y les pido sinceramente que acepten la decisión del obispo y extiendan la misma cooperación a mi sucesor, el P. Charles.
