Tonight will be the opening act for the first night of the Madeline Park Shakespeare Festival! 🎉Join us for this free cultural event in the Kern Place neighborhood. 🫶

This season, the Madeline Park Shakespeare Festival proudly presents the outrageous Taming of the Shrew! 🎭
Sit under the stars and witness this madcap battle of the wills between Petruchio and Katalina. Great for all audiences, this bilingual production plays in about 85 minutes.
The festival also boasts live pre show entertainment, buskers, a craft market, and delicious food by a variety of vendors including Savage Goods!

Bring a picnic blanket or lawn chairs, snacks and drinks, and your sense of humor!
Festival begins at 6:00pm with and the show starts at 6:40pm. 🤩

Did you know El Paso has a brand new Children's Museum, La Nube? Check out tonight and catch a performance while you are there! Andrew & Cindy will perform at 5:30pm with Flor de la Garza on piano.

📣Today is Collaborative Pianist Appreciation day! 🧡 Where would opera be without the talented pianists who are a part of each and every performance?
El Paso Opera is grateful for Flor de la Garza, our Resident Pianist for Season 31. If you've been to any of our performances or our gala, you know how important Flor is to us! We are also grateful to be working with Casey Robards this season as a dedicated collaborative pianist for our Resident Artists. Casey will also be an important part of our Bon Appetit! show in June. (more details coming soon 😉)
