Plastic bottle cap update: Unfortunately, this program has ended. When a person is located that will take them to Juarez, we will resume the program. However, I don’t know when that will be. THANK YOU for your hundreds of thousands of plastic bottle caps over the last few years.

Funds raised through sales and donations pay for our overhead (rent, utilities, etc.) and regular donations to the Jose Cisneros Cielo Vista Library located at 1300 Hawkins, as well as seven other branches. We also donate to city-wide programs sponsored by the El Paso Public Library system.
