Join us this Saturday for our annual Memorial day Murph, In honor of our fallen soldiers.

Thee biggest congratulations to everyone who participated in the Valentine’s Day weight loss challenge, after yesterdays check in, it became a close race.

But with a combined total weight loss of 30+ pounds and 30.75 inches & took home the bacon and cash prize of $100 to have themselves a wonderful dinner!!

I’m extremely proud of everyone who participated and was extremely proud of how determined everyone was to try and reach their goals!!
