AAPP wants to invite you to the OCA Mental Health Town Hall Forum on World Mental Health Day (10/10). There will be mental health professionals and speakers to talk about Mental Health & Addiction, and address mental health issues in the community.

This event accounts for CoCuLOs #1, 2, 3 & 5 (Knowledge-based).

Time: 5:00-9:00pm (Volunteer), 6:00-8:00 pm (Event)

We understand that everyone feels very stressed out and anxious, especially during this pandemic, but it is important to prioritize your mental health.

Carrying out an act of kindness can be beneficial to our mental health and mental health of others. It can reduce stress and improve our emotional and physical well-being.
