What's a healthy habit you've created for yourself and stuck to?

January is a popular time to start a healthy habit. How many of us actually stick to it??

My advice?? Start so tiny you can't say "no"! Many small actions repeated daily will change your life!

I am a health coach, and I show women over 40 how to look and feel fabulous, so they can feel young, sexy, and alive without surgeries, crazy diets or tons of supplements.

Morning routines are a part of life. When I first started to examine my life, it was when my life wasn't heading in the direction I wanted. I first started with how I started my day.
I realized by not picking my morning routine, I was actually choosing to not value myself and the life I want to lead.
Now, I don't start my day without first drinking 16oz of water and 30 min of yoga.
