Just a quick note; we will be shuttering our YELP BUSINESS LISTING since we do business within Envy Salon and Spa and don't presently have a store front.

We've tried to work with Yelp for some time to make sure the listing and data is accurate to no avail. We think the next best thing is to promote here and on about.me, as well as Google.

Just a friendly reminder that all the booking and billing is automated.

We cannot add time to your appointment or change it personally, because we cannot add billing to your proposed service changes.

If you wish to add services; please go into your appointment and update / add / change your service request accordingly and sponsor your visit, before the 48 hour cancellation window closes?

For example, if you would like a haircut but later decide that you want highlights and haircut, please cancel or change your service from the Scheduling website and it will bill you according to your selection. The sooner it is done, the sooner you can confirm the date and time is locked down (pun intended).

Good morning everyone,

I have some more news and I’m hoping you’re enjoying your weekend.

Beginning in October, we will be opening up once a week on Friday or the last day of the week if it is a Holiday week. I will be unavailable evenings and weekends due to schooling and family obligations.

I will be performing cut and color services (highlights, lowlights, and all your favorite color services). I’ll also be performing Men's and Women's haircuts, however children's cuts will be billed at either the men's or women's pricing.

I will no longer be offering blowouts, Updo, out-services, or extensions due to the time constraints.

I am looking to open an online product store. More to come on that later.

All services shall be prepaid within the billing tool for your reservation. It will be a cashless transaction for our mutual benefit and safety.

Prepayment is vital because I cannot afford to have any cancellations, and especially without 48-hour notice, in the calendaring system.

If I have no-one in the chair, I have no business. If I have no business, we won't be able to see each other.

I will not respond to text messages (messenger, etc) to schedule an appointment or cancel an appointment. This is due school obligations and the amount of time it would take us to respond might be longer than you need us to do so.

I am asking my clients to consider that this is my sole source of prospective income, if you cannot make your appointment and you do not cancel your appointment in time within the system, you forfeit your service fee.

I will not make any billing exceptions in this new business venture, there is too much at stake and personal risk for my family. There are no government subsidies for the Salon industry. We either make it or break it together. Many Salon owners have sunk their retirements into the businesses in order to keep them afloat in hopes of a recovery. I do not have such a safety net I can risk.

The billing tool is the scheduling system, we're working to finalize it this week and send notice to all prospective clients.

My Husband Robert will be managing the scheduling system and Calendars on my behalf so that I can focus on your visit, as well as the communications. Please welcome him.

There is no telling when Governor Newsom will pull the plug on this industry again, as such we are treating this opportunity with as much due care for our clients and ourselves.

With that in mind; regardless of how we may feel about Covid or the mask situation, please know that I cannot operate if clients refuse to wear their masks. I have to abide by the rules of the State and the governing body over the Salon industry, in order to do business in California.

If you refuse to wear your mask, I cannot provide service, and you have forfeited your service fee. I would not want to lose you as a client over these topics.

We will comply with all local ordinances in order to do business.
