Our goal is to use sports as an avenue for our youth to learn and practice the mental and physical skills necessary to succeed in life.

I was watching the Paralympics and talk about NO EXCUSES!!!! A BLIND LONG JUMPER, a swimmer with NO ARMS. I could barely long jump in high school and I can see!!! These swimmers were doing the back stroke with no arms. WTH!!!! I would drown trying to back stroke!!!! The fortitude that those athletes have is unbelievable , and here I was about to leave my workout because my shoulder was hurting!!!! Needless to say I got my butt back to work and finished what I started.
