According to a recent Architectural Digest report , Elk Grove, Sacramento, and Roseville rank high on a list of 115 most luxurious American cities.

Elk Grove ranked number 18, Roseville came in at number 32 and Sacramento ranked number 39.

Cities were ranked based on six categories; activities, properties, dining, annual income, diversity, and safety.

Providing Elk Grove's unhoused individuals with a warm space to stay and wrap-around services over the cold, winter months is the goal of the new Enhanced Winter Sanctuary. Scheduled to open November 1 and operate through March 31, 2024, the City and The Gathering Inn are inviting the community to attend these upcoming meetings to learn more about the people, program, and services being offered at this temporary facility.
