Some dash wiring today, customer dash lights, dimmer, and gauges not working. After some troubleshooting a new relay and headlight switch. It’s all working in perfect order.

This unit has major electrical issues. Coach had a power surge in its 12volt system from a failed converter, that resulted in replacement of Lipperts one control X 1.5. and other damaged appliances. control switch replacement and reprogramming

Taking advantage of this mild weather to help this customer get home, fuel pump went bad on his generator. Repair and Replaced under Cummins warranty. And he’s back on the road!

Customer had a storm destroy his awning and cause some damage to his side wall. We replaced the awning, Replaced the damaged decals and some scratches on the walls. Customer mentioned that his patio was too dark. So we added some LED lights to brighten his camping.

Good morning! Some pictures of a project we have in the shop. Replacing water damage slide out floor.

Customer came in with their power tech generator running and dying, found his motor mounts had failed causing his cooling fan to jam in to the base breaking off and causing it to over heat. We repaired it serviced it, cleaned the compartment added a mud flap to protect the generator from road debris.

Mr Truhler does a fantastic job of servicing his RV, he was at a race event when he noticed a leak at his gen, it didn’t make sense because it had just been serviced. He gave us a call we found his fuel line and filter was crossed threaded causing a steady leak. We replaced the damaged parts and noticed his generator in dyer need of it’s 1000 hour service.
We preformed the service, clean the saturation of diesel off the panels inside and out. Now he is able to enjoy camping at the racetrack with his family.
1000 hour service we highly recommend! To avoid down time while camping or at a racetrack!

new stator and rotor installed,test run and load bank.
Mr Layman is ready for is trip to Virginia.

Mr Bauer had a charge air pipe clamp break causing a boost leak, low power. We inspected his CAC system and replaced all the clamps. Safe travels!
