Competed in the this past weekend. Most successful prep to date. really nailed it down. My body isn't easy to peak, and I've always struggled with the depletion/peaking out balance. I've never worked so hard physically or ate so many carbs in my life, but we finally figured out what works for me. This knowledge despite my placement is priceless, as I can take with me in future competition. Got down to 180 pounds during peak week, weight cap is 190. Going to take feedback from coaches and judges and hit the iron.
