We are offering a new program!!!

Jump Start Your Journey will be offered to individuals newly diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease ( within the last 3 years ). With this comprehensive program, participants will receive one-on-one physical therapy and education on topics such as nutrition, medical management of PD, mental health, and additional therapies. As a recipient of the community grant from the Parkinson’s Foundation, this program will be free for participants and their loved ones. It is our goal to make the diagnosis of Parkinson’s slightly less overwhelming, to build a sense of community and to provide participants with the necessary tools to fight back against Parkinson’s Disease!

It’s Aphasia Awareness Month!!!

Aphasia is a language impairment that affects a person’s ability to comprehend language and communicate.

~ 2 million people have aphasia and lost all or some ability to communicate. Help the National Aphasia Association spread this month!

We are really excited to be participating in this years San Diego Gives! It’s a 24-hour online fundraising event, focused on raising money for local nonprofits in San Diego.

This month the National Stroke Association aims to educate individuals and support stroke survivors through their lifelong journey of recovery!

We had a blast last weekend at the San Diego Brain Injury Foundation SurviveHEADSTRONG walk. Leading everyone through the morning warmup was so much fun! The walk was truly inspiring.
