Get ready to challenge your entire body with this high heart rate calorie crusher! We combine 4 compound movements every 5th move to create our MUSCLE MAKER. It's your turn to take it to the next level!
This week we are working on the eccentric portion of these upper body exercises. We go heavier for this upper body format by using our lower body to help the weight up and get that EXTRA CREDIT on the way down. Make sure you go as heavy as possible while keeping perfect posture in those standing positions!
To make ourTRX Tricep Extension more challenging, has a few variations for us to try. We'll start with the perfect form first, then add a little bit more to it, and eventually take our TRX game all the way up! Give it a try on next time.
Coming up for our STRONG 7 workout, we've selected 7 of our most effective strength exercises to start this full body day, and then repeat them in the second half of the workout.
Take your time mastering the moves the 1st time. And be ready to GIVE IT YOUR ALL the 2nd time through!

We are all about creating imPRESSive upper body strength in our IMPRESS workout.
Using a mixture of TRX, dumbbell, and barbell, be sure you focus on large pressing muscles first before isolating the smaller pressing muscles from shoulders and triceps to get that full burn!

For our upper body workout, has a TRX challenge for you. Give it a try and see if you can go 60 seconds each round. To focus on the arms and shoulders, make sure to pay attention to your form and isolate the right muscles (not use any unwanted momentum to compensate).
🏋️♂️ Form is the foundation of strength! To maximize the burn and protect your body when tackling the barbell front squat, remember to pay attention to your elbows. Give it a try next time!
