Dan has been with us for three years now. From Farmington to Southington and now in Hartford, he’s happy to be in the Hartford location where it all started for the Wood-n-Tap. He’s the general managerthere and works closely with Dan R., Raffi, and Carlos.

The Hartford location has two parking lots and an awesome space for private events. One of Dan’s favorite menu items is the Chop House Steak Salad with blue cheese, walnuts, tomatoes, chopped egg, carrots, and bacon tossed in blue cheese vinaigrette.Topped with bourbon marinated steak and frizzled onions 😍

One of our newer team members, Glaiza is a server extraordinaire in our Hartford location. She loves the people, the night crowd and her favorite meal is the Bison Burger!

America’s original grass fed beef with a touch of chipotle. Served with lettuce, tomato, frizzled onions, Jack and Cheddar cheese and avocado aioli.

She’s also a rugby player and loves to race Go Karts. Happy to have you on the Hartford team, Glaiza!

Shout out to Rafael, who has been with us for 13 years! Since 2011, he’s made his mark in Orange, Wallingford, Hamden, Newington and Hartford. He loves all the regulars and familiar faces that he has met recently in Hartford too.

He was a Kitchen Manager for eight years and is now a Service Manager. One of his menu favorite menu items is the Filet Medallions that he orders with spinach and mashed potatoes. Tender, juicy and full of flavor 🙌

A proud father of four who enjoys karaoke, Rafael is a valued team member. Join us in saying thanks for all that he does! Thank you, Rafael!

Service Manager extraordinaire, Michael has been with us for two years. From Southington to Rocky Hill to Wallingford to Newington and now Farmington! He loves that we are a Scratch Kitchen and one of his favorites was the Scallops and Risotto from the Spring Specials menu.

He loves trying items from the seasonal menus because there’s always something refreshing, new and different. Don't miss the new Summer Specials menu ☀️ Fun fact- Mike raced BMX bikes for three years!

W-n-T Allstar Alert ⭐️ Ruben has been with us for two years now in the Farmington location 🙌

🍔 His fav meal? The Bison Burger (Lean & Mean) America’s original grass fed beef with a touch of chipotle with some added extra toppings 🍳🥓 Fun fact- He’s ordered at least 150 Bison Burgers in his time with us.

👉 From Busser to Host and To Go to Food Runner, he’s always there to support the team and staff. He’s going to Tunxis for business and is also working on his dog training business on the side 🫶

🌟 Baley has been with the Wood-n-Tap for 10 years! She even met her fiance here in 2018. She loves the river and the outdoor bar at the Farmington location 🙌

👉 Her favorite food item? Buffalo Style Chicken Tenders especially since we make our own wing sauce and blue cheese in-house. They also have a nice little spice kick to them 🔥
