Excellent, rich, dark, with worms, composted 2.5 yrs horse, chicken, goat and rabbit manure and wood shavings bedding.

$5 per bag (approx 40 lbs)

Who remembers Captain Condo?
Gracie Jonas horse Maybe, sporting the famous Captain Condo cooler from 1990! Captain Condo was the career earning champion at the old Longacres track and won 30 of 70 starts.

I hope all kids drop their phones and get a chance to play in a cattle chute. There was so much unintentional learning going on including teamwork, communication , safety, cooperation, but perspective as a cow, had the biggest impact. We are also still building out our county fair including an impressive ferris wheel, carousal, ticket booths, livestock barns, rodeo arena, rides, games, and more!!
I love my job and the things we get to do with kids, and the bonus that I get to do this with Gracie and Addie 🥰

Our Holiday Horse camp was so much fun!
We rode each day, worked hard all 3 days on a snowman scene craft, learned about roping, played games, did some chores and made new friends!

Our Junior Cowboy/Cowgirl camp is next week Dec 26 & 27, 9:00-12:00 ages 5-12
There are openings!

A donkey’s coat is not waterproof like a horse, sooooooo……. Finnegan gets his own tiny shed! He can be sooo cute!

I got a guy if anyone needs a small animal shed built! Mine is made of light weight, leftover, materials found around the barn. It is designed so the wind can pass through it and It’s light weight so I can move it around 😊👍

If you are able to donate to the cause there will be a collection jar at the table to help make their Holidays special this year. There will also be a tree with wish tags if you would like to choose to buy a gift or have us do it for you.

I’ve always felt this might be the coolest thing about the barn. I am thankful that as my children grew up in the barn, they built friendships with other horsemen and women of all ages (2-90) and it helped shape who they are today. There is something very unique and very special about this, that can’t be duplicated. No matter the age, toddlers to seniors, we are all friends.
