Lane County is accepting rent assistance applications now through 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 28.

The application is available at www.lanecounty.org/rent.

To be eligible for rent assistance, your residence must be located in Lane County, you must have an active rental agreement or lease in your name, you must be able to document a loss of income due to COVID-19 or that you are at an elevated risk of COVID-19 infection and a loss of housing would jeopardize your health. Your household must not exceed income above 80 percent of the Area Median Income Level.

Utility payment assistance is also available to renters through this process.
