Tonight is the first night of the CAL! We will be meeting up at 6pm at Three Crows Fiber, it is free for anybody who wants to join us and we will be working on Toni Lipsey’s (TL Yarn Crafts) HexaGranny Cardigan. Feel free to check it out, and if you would like to join us come on down. If you are in need of yarn, don’t fret, Three Crows has you covered! For those wondering about the KAL, it will start next week!

Tuesday we have our regular Sip ‘n Stitch at Savannah River Brewing Co, and that starts at 6pm.

On Saturday I have an Intro to Crochet class that still has spots available. If you are interested in learning how to crochet, now is the perfect time! You can sign up on my website under the Three Crows Fiber Classes tab!

I know I'm a little late for morning, but I just got home from my annual fiber retreat. It was so much fun! It was up near Myrtle Beach and I had a blast. I’m already excited for next year!

I have a few things going on this week:
Tuesday: Sip & Stitch @ Savannah River Brewing Co
Saturday: Classes at Three Crows Fiber
Intro to Knitting @ 10
Intro to Crochet @ 12:30

CAL: Next Monday, October 28th we will start the Crochet-A-Long for the HexaGranny Cardi by Toni Lipsey! We will meet up a total of 3 times, 10/28, 11/11, 12/16. I will be using Sesame (Berroco) yarn from Three Crows Fiber.

KAL: Starting on Monday, November 4th we will be doing the Brick pattern, a raglan sweater. I will be using Cumulus (Juniper Moon Farms) from Three Crows Fiber. ‘

Welcome to Monday Morning Updates!
I am finally back in the area, and I'm ready to get moving and grooving again!

Tonight I have the the final meetup for the shawl KAL at Three Crows Fiber!
Savannah River Brewing Co is back up and running, so we will be meeting up for our regular Sip n Stitch!
This weekend we have the intro to cables with knitting class as well as an intro to crochet course.
I know that I need to have make up classes for the ones that were missed. If you are one of those people, please comment or send me a message and let me know what time works best for you!

Hey guys, unfortunately with the lack of power and water I am going to cancel everything for the upcoming week! I apologize for any inconvenience. I will get everybody rescheduled as soon as everything is up and running again!

For those doing the KAL, I am just going to postpone it for a week, so we will still have 1 more on Oct 7th!

I know Hurricane Helene has been absolutely devastating for those of us in the CSRA. My heart goes out to everybody here.

By some miracle, my family escaped relatively unscathed. With that being said, I am at Three Crows Fiber. If you are able to make it in today for lessons, please come in! Tonight is our second KAL meeting for The Sheep, The Knitter and The Three Crows Shawl! We will start at 6 again, and I am looking forward to it!
On Tuesday we have our Sip & Stitch and Savannah River Brewing Co, and everybody is welcome to attend!
This weekend I am teaching part 2 of the Intro to Knitting class and I am also teaching another Intro to Crochet class at Three Crows Fiber. Each class is 90 minutes and is for very beginners who have never picked up a hook or needles before! We will go over how to read a pattern, how to choose the correct hook/needle size to go with your yarn as well as the beginning stitches. Class sizes will be kept small so that way I can ensure that everybody is able to understand everything we cover. If you are interested, please head over to the website to sign up in advance!

I know it's a little wet out today, but I'm super excited! The Evans Market is officially open for the fall season, and I even got to swing by and say hello to everybody. They've all got amazing items for you guys, so if you're over that way I highly suggest you pop on by and go check it out!
Today I am also kicking off classes at Three Crows Fiber, this week is a knitting and crochet refresher class, and the next 2 weekends will be beginner classes. So if you're interested in learning how to knit or crochet make sure you sign up before the classes are filled or shoot me a message and we can get you set up with a private lesson!

I’m super excited for this upcoming week! For those of you that have been here, you’ll notice a slight change in our Monday Morning Updates. From now on, I will only be posting events on Mondays that are hosted by Sheep 2 Stitch. If you are interested in finding a knitting or crochet group to join, please feel free to reach out to me here. Three Crows Fiber will also have a list of different meetups around the CSRA!

So this week, you will notice that we will have our Sip & Stitch night at the brewery, and this weekend I will be teaching a knitting and crochet refresher course for those of you that have knitted or crocheted in the past, and just need a little reminder!
