Evans Medical Group has an immediate opening for a Certified Medical Assistant. EMG has been chosen “Best Family Physician” for four years in a row by the readers of Columbia County Magazine. We believe this honor was earned not only by the exceptional Medical Providers but also by the support staff surrounding them.
With this in mind, we are looking for applicants who possess a superior work ethic and are highly motivated to offer exceptional care to our patient families. Experienced CMA’s are desired but we are willing to train newly certified applicants if certain qualifications are present.

Monday & Tuesday-normal business hours
Wednesday 07/03-Closing at 4pm
We will remain closed until 07/08/24, resume normal hours at 7:30am.

Immediate Opening: We are growing again!
We are seeking Front Desk Receptionist. Exceptional patient care skills a must.
Applicant will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work within a team environment as well as independently. Computer knowledge, positive work ethic, self-motivation and completion of tasks are critical to this position. Must be able to multitask, we are a very busy primary care office.
Previous medical office experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Athena EMR a plus.

Aloha! EMG Christmas Luau was a blast. Great food, fellowship and lots of laughter during our co****le tournament! Our staff is amazing and we love to honor them every chance we get. Merry Christmas from The EMG family!

EMG will be closed on Wednesday, 12/06 for our annual Christmas Party with our staff. We will resume regular business hours on Thursday at 7:30am. Thank you!

We are collecting NEW stuffed animals for the Childrens Hospital of Augusta in Honor of one of our staff members, she lost her Grandson Elias last year. While he was in the hospital, he was given multiple stuffed animals and this brings so much joy to the sick children. You can drop off at our office from now until 12/15 if you are in the spirit of giving.

Meet Marneshia, CMA. Born and raised in Jefferson County, GA.
Marneshia is married and has two boys. She has been a nurse here at EMG for 6 months.
Her favorite part of her job is drawing blood, getting vitals signs and interacting with patients.
Outside of work, she enjoys shopping and hanging out with family and friends.
