Join us tonight from 4 to 7 for our weekly Wine and Spirits tasting. On the bar this evening will be Charles Smith Vino Pinot Grigio, The Maverick Pinot Noir, Mas Janeil Red Cotes Du Roussillon and Salt Of The Earth Flore De Moscato.
"Maverick opens with bright aromas of raspberry, cranberry and hibiscus. Silky smooth and juicy on the palate, the wine offers a lingering finish of red fruit and subtle cherry cola hints."
Winemaker Notes
Fruit was carefully picked during the cool early morning hours and immediately transported to the winery where each cluster is de-stemmed to prevent harsh green notes from the finished wine. To extract color and flavor, the grapes were cold soaked for several days. Fermentation took place in small tanks with frequent punch downs to break up the cap. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was pressed and racked into
French oak barrels to age for 12 months prior to bottling.
Join us tonight for our weekly wine and spirits tasting from 4 to 7. On the bar tonight will be Hecht & Bannier Rose, Hilanda Monstrell, Dablon Cabernet Franc and the "NEW" Friends Fun Wine Coconut Chardonnay.
Aromas of pink peppercorn, jammy black cherry, cedar and cocoa powder mark the foxy and funky nose. Slinky acidity and light fine tannins offer structure and support creating a smooth palate feel. Bright fruit notes of red cherry, red plum and cranberry are stalked by vanilla leading to a oaky vanilla finish that integrates nicely with the fruit flavors.
Back in stock, for now!

Beaujolais Nouveau!! Come and try the first wine of the harvest for 2019! From 4 to 7 tonight you can try the 2019 Beaujolais Noveau wines. We'll also be trying a thanksgiving themed cocktail.
Beaujolais nouveau is a purple-pink wine reflecting its youth, bottled only 6–8 weeks after harvest. The method of production means that there is very little tannin, and the wine can be dominated by such fruity ester flavours as banana, grape, strawberry, fig and pear drop. The wine is recommended to be slightly chilled to 13 °C (55 °F).
Beaujolais nouveau is intended for immediate drinking. While some nouveau can be kept for a few years, there's no real reason to, as it doesn't improve with age. For comparison, standard Beaujolais AOC wines are released the following year and can be stored for one or more years before consuming. The wines show definite variation between vintages, and as such are considered to be an early indicator of the quality of the year's regional wine harvest.
Join us tonight from 4 to 7 for our weekly wine and spirits tasting. On the bar this evening will be Black Stallion Chardonnay, Radio Boca Tempranillo, Predator Old Vine Zinfandel and Stella Rosa Platinum.

Join us tonight from 4 to 7, for our Free weekly wine and spirits tasting. On the bar this evening will be Alexander Valley Gewurtztraminer, Beringer Founder's Estate Pinot Noir, Simi Rebel Cask Red Blend and Monkey Hollow Pasture White.
"A Prohibition-style wine that first draws you in with aromas of blackberry bramble, black licorice, dried orange peel, aromatic tea leaf, and cardamom. This succulent Red Blend delivers flavors bursting with blackberry, plum, and tart cherry. Once the wine is ready to age, we put select lots in previously used Rye Whiskey barrels to impart rich and spiced flavors. Some would say it’s as if a splash of Manhattan spilled into your glass of red wine."
