Two deep stretch Sound Baths coming next week. Sunday, September 22 at 9:15am and Wednesday, September 25 at 5:30pm. Deep Stretch Sound Baths is a yin yoga style class accompanied with the healing sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bells, chimes and gongs. You can follow along and do the restorative postures or lay in your favorite reclined posture the entire time.
