JUNE Market Update:
Available homes for sale increased ⬆️ by 32% compared to last year at this time, giving buyers a better selection of homes to choose from.
Both buyers and sellers are making their moves now instead of waiting for interest rates to fall. June’s average sales price was $900,766 up ⬆️ 5.9%. The market has continued to warm up typical for this time of year, with more buyers and sellers expected to enter the market during the summer months ahead.

April Market Update:
Buyers are still dealing with a tight real estate market 🏡 and rising home prices.
Snohomish County saw the percentage of list price received at 103%, that’s an increase ⬆️ of 2.2% compared to April 2023 and medium sales price at $783,000 up ⬆️ 4.5%. The increase ⬆️ of Pending and Closed sales signals buyers are adjusting to the higher interest rate environment.

Incredible evening last night at The NOAH Center’s Laugh Your Tails Off fund raiser! So many giving folks came out to support this wonderful organization who is a nonprofit animal adoption center dedicated to stopping the euthanasia of healthy adoptable homeless dogs & cats.

Market Recap for March 2024:

The NWMLS reports low inventory continues to put pressure on the market, amplifying competition among buyers, and consequently, raising prices. Snohomish County saw an increase in the median sales price of 4.8% compared to last year at this time with the percentage of list price received increasing to 2.1%. Pending sales are up 29.1% despite the low inventory levels. We are in a very active market with savvy buyers ready to commit to a home at the current interest rates rather than waiting for rates to fall and facing higher prices. It's a great time for sellers to sell with high buyer demand and low supply.
