We look in the mirror and ask ourselves 1 question: Have we done everything we need to in order to get to where we want? How can you be angry with the results you aren't achieving, with the work you aren't doing? Guess what, success is not easy.. If it was, everyone would be successful.. Todays goal: Put yourself out there. Stop caring about what others think and go for it!

In 2023, one of our goals is to try to find the best in every situation, and understand that no matter how big or small a task is, everything we do throughout the day has equal importance in where we want to go. Sure there are always things that are more time sensitive or hold more weight than others, but the idea is that, if you treat everything you do like its the most important thing you will ever do in that moment, then even the little things in life will start to matter more to you. I always felt that in order to be the best or do the best you can in every situation, you need to give all of yourself to the task at hand (whatever that may be). & I think in order to do this successfully, we must first appreciate life more and try find the beauty and fun in everything you do.

Todays Goal: Try to find the fun or beauty in something today. Try looking at something you don't like doing in a new light. Give all of yourself to being the best you can be in that moment, no matter how big or small the task is.

This is something my father, Jim Boone, said to my brothers and I before every single day of school growing up. Before we got on the bus or right as he dropped us off at school, he would say " Hey Guys, don't forget to do something nice for someone today". It is something that has resonated with us our entire lives. Doing something nice for someone became a regular part of our day, and something that has helped us grow from boys to men. Thank you Dad!

Todays Goal: Do something nice for someone today. Don't do it for recognition. Do it, to simply do it. Putting a smile on someone else's face is one of the greatest joys in the world. That should be the only recognition you need.

If something doesn't work the first time around, that doesn't mean it won't work at all. It just means you might need to try a different way.
If you want to execute a goal, create a plan A , Plan B, Plan C, D, E, F, G, Ect... If you want something bad enough, put a strategy in place and execute until you reach the goal you're chasing. As cliché as it sounds, hard work always pays off. It might not be when we want it to, but it will pay off. And at the end of the day, you aren't going to be upset with yourself for trying your hardest and failing, you are going to be upset with yourself by not trying as hard as you could've and always wondering "what if". So, lets get after it today. Start putting your plans in place now so we can dominate together going into the new year!

Today's Goal: Do not give up at the first sign of disappointment. Push through and outwork your efforts from yesterday. We got this!!
