We are reaching out to our incredible community on behalf of a 2nd grade teacher at Fairfiew Elementary. She will be doing a baseball workshop in the spring to introduce her students to the joys of the sport. However, to make this happen she needs our help.

We are kindly asking for gently used baseball gloves to help make her workshop a success. If you have a spare glove laying around and would like to donate it please email [email protected]

Tomorrow is the big day! 🤩 If you are walking with us in the parade, please arrive by 9:15 AM; we must line up by 9:30 AM. The parade starts promptly at 10:00 AM; any latecomers won't be able to walk in the parade. The meeting point is Webster St. Look for the cone that says #21. Remember to have your child wear their FPLL jersey. As a reminder, please do not bring your pets, this is a league event, and our pet policy will apply. 4th of July Parade Event Timing: July 4th, 2023 Event Address: Downtown Fairfield Contact us at [email protected]

Fall Ball registration is open! Our Fall Ball program is a more relaxed and fundamental driven program for league ages 4-13 years old. This is the time to learn and grow as a player in a less intensive environment.

We have received the information from the City about the parade; we are #21 in the lineup. The meetup point is on Webster St; look for the cone that says #21.

Parking around the meetup point will be limited, so please plan accordingly. We ask everyone to arrive by 9:15 AM; we must line up by 9:30 AM. The parade will start promptly at 10:00 AM; any latecomers won't be able to walk in the parade.

Below is the parade route; the green line is Webster St, where we will meet. Please do not bring your pets, this is a league event, and our pet policy will apply. The current forecast is 88 degrees for the 4th; drink plenty of water.

This year Fairfield Pacific Little League has signed up to participate in the City of Fairfield's 4th of July Parade. We would love for families to walk with us and show their support. We are asking that players who walk in the parade wear their jerseys. The parade starts at 10:00 am. Meet the Board Monday!

Francisco is our League President.

As President, Francisco is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the league, ensuring that it runs smoothly and effectively for the benefit of the players and their families. He works closely with other board members and volunteers to establish goals, policies, and procedures, and to ensure compliance with Little League International regulations. He presides over Board meetings and ensures decisions are made in the best interest of the league. He is responsible for appointing managers, coaches, and umpires. He works hard to promote the league within the community, collaborates with other league Presidents, represents the league at district meetings, and advocates for the leagues needs and interests.

Francisco is an extremely dedicated President who plays a vital role in our organization - providing leadership, support, and organization to create an enjoyable and enriching experience for the entire league. He has the hardest job but he gets it done!

When he isn't engaging in league activities he enjoys vacationing with his family (especially to Disneyland), fishing, BBQing, and watching baseball and football games. He is also active at his local church and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

This Saturday, we will start a fundraiser to sell SF Giants tickets for the May 21st game against the Miami Marlins.

We will have a table set up next to our Snack Shack for the ticket sales. A limited quantity is available, and all tickets are first come, first served.

Another Meet The Board Monday!

Ryan and Erin Galindo are the only married team on our Board of Directors. Not only do they have two sons who play baseball but they both have very crucial roles and go above and beyond for our league.

Ryan is our Field Maintenance Coordinator. Notice all the wonderful changes to the fields this season? You can thank him! Ryan is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the fields and continues to put a lot of man hours in to make our fields shine.

Erin is our Treasurer. She manages all of our league funds, financial records, and budgets. If that isn't enough she also took on the responsibility of registration and manages our FFPLL web page!

This is Melissa Poehls, our Concessions Manager. She makes sure our concessions stand is stocked and schedules volunteers to work it.

She has two players playing this season so you may see her running in between fields to cheer them both on! When she isn't at the fields she is busy working as a realtor or as her school's PTA President.
