We spoke at a career fair in Niles Ohio last week to a lovely group of new hopeful cosmetologists and estheticians about what to do after graduation. It can be scary but that’s what we in the business are here for, or should be here for, continuing education to ensure safe and effective beauty services.

I will give a full post soon about the conference and competition but I wanted to share this with you all now because the past year was insanely life changing and running the business has been rough. And for the first competition of 2024, I’m getting ready to embrace this new year in the business.
Big thanks to all my clients who have been so gracious and understanding of everything. All my traveling and shenanigans couldn’t happen without your amazing support and understanding.
I didn’t place at this one but I wasn’t in a competition with just myself. I was in a competition with so many badass lash artists from many, many different countries and languages but we all do one thing very well in common, we all provide a service that takes heart, sacrifice and a well rounded knowledge that can’t be taught on YouTube or elsewhere. Thank you to all the women who gave me advice and all the constructive feedback. Congrats to the artists who won because it ain’t easy to lash in a room with an over 50 other people who also want to win. 😉💕

• Tools: Tweezers, Liquids, Tapes
• Adhesive Troubleshooting
• Client Retention, Allergies & Reacti

Your Volume Kit Includes: -Tweezers, adhesive, lashes, e.t.c...
COURSE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have completed a Clsssic Lash
Course
2. Current licensed • esthetician/cosmetologist.
You will need a live model for your second day. They must have healthy lashes and can lay prone for at least 2 to 3 hours. They will receive a full set of lashes.
Refreshments will be available during class and get ready to learn and dive deep into the Lashing world with Brows & Winks!!!
