Our Sports Performance Coach (and Certified Athletic Trainer), offered a workshop this past weekend where he taught our athletes how to optimally prepare themselves for any sports activity.

Congratulations to for his 🥈 place finish at the Pan American and Oceania Championships today! He overcome an experienced 3x Olympian in the first round before earning back wins over two competitors to whom he previously lost. What a day!!! 🔥🔥🔥 Thanks to and for helping him prepare!
