We are putting together another donation based class for the Falmouth Service Center. It will be on August 17 at 12:30. I need help making the flyer for the class.
What should we call it? So far I have “Stretch for the Service Center.” Top 2 names for the event win a Gratitude sweatshirt! The last one was called Plunge for a Cause, and was a polar plunge. This will be a class in the studio. Thanks all! Bryan

We have a couple spots left in Relax and Renew this Sunday at 6pm! This is a very unique class that blends restorative yoga with personal massage. Completely relaxing, unheated, just dress lightly and come ready to sink into a restful and restorative space, leaving refreshed and transformed. 1.5 hours, cost is $65 and includes a 10 minute personal massage on a problem area of your choice.

So impressed with the community support and contributions to the Penguin Plunge that raised $560 for the Falmouth Service Center!

We had a mindful dip in the sound and it was cold! Some dunked and ran, a few others turned numb after a count of 30 seconds!

Thanks for supporting the service center, it's such a vital resource for those in need in our community!

Come Plunge for a Cause. Take your practice to the extremes Saurday February 24, with a HOT Vinyasa Yoga Flow class (11-12) followed by a Penguin Plunge at the Falmouth Heights Beach. This will be a donation based class led by Alex James Tice with proceeds donated to the Falmouth Service Center.

During class Alex will speak to recognizing internal barriers and facing some of the social constructs that limit our highest being.

After the class we will meet in the Heights to practice a mindful plunge in the water. We will try to pay particular attention to an emphasis on breathing and our mental state as we settle into the water for a very brief time.
