This deserves a repost!! Also, please keep your dogs on a leash at our properties. We hope to get these two problems under control.
I am MAD!!!!
This is just completely unacceptable behavior. If you can’t be responsible for your dog, don’t take them on properties where you need to pick up after them.
This pictures doesn’t even show the 6 bags we had already carried to the garbage bin on the other side of the field (or the ones we couldn’t get reach). Cleaning up after your dog is more than just putting their f***s into a plastic bag; you must actually take said bag to a rubbish bin or carry it out with you.
In total, just today, we cleaned up 10 other peoples bags of dog p**p (excluding ours). This is not okay and this is one of the top reasons places don’t allow dogs. We are going to lose more and more access to lovely properties if people can’t follow the rules; the few spoil it for the many and that’s unfair.
If you don’t want to hold a bag of p**p on your walk, companies make pouches that hold a roll of bags and have a spot for used soiled bags. Ruffwear has one that is smell proof (as smell proof as it can be) that zips closes and clips to your belt or has a waist strap.
Come on humans, please don’t do things that will get our privlages taken away!!
*Rant over, my apologies for the negative content. After a few days in a row of cleaning up after others I had to vent a little. Back to happy posts tomorrow.
Please get your reusable bag at Shaws!!
