Join our 8-week OCD Strategies Group with Dr. Kristen Mulcahy and Stacey Glick, LHMC. The group will be on Thursdays at 6:15 pm starting April 25th in the Community Room at 704 Main Street, Falmouth
- Learn creative ways to engage in ERP as a group
- Gain a deeper understanding of how to apply ACT and
mindfulness skills to your OCD symptoms
- Learn key strategies for managing uncertainty and risk
- Learn strategies to overcome your OCD with compassion and self-care
- Teach loved ones effective coaching strategies

Don’t try and eliminate your anxiety - that just makes it worse.
Working through your anxiety will give you the confidence you need to realize your anxiety doesn’t control you.
How I use “spreading” for repeated exposures to treat Contamination OCD

My Doctoral dissertation compared CBT to exercise for the treatment of depression. Although my study was small and very limited, the results showed somewhat surprisingly that both individual approaches were equally effective. Not as surprising, the two in combination proved to be most effective💪
