New traffic violations law to take effect August 1 in ND Starting August 1, if you get a ticket for any reason, your insurance company will hear about it.

Generally a sump pump only lasts 5-7 years. Please make sure to check periodically that yours is working. This will help reduce the risk of water back ups once we get out of this winter wonderland.

It certainly doesn't feel like it, but spring will arrive eventually. Be sure to check your sump pumps and make sure they are ready for the spring thaw. Has your pump been quiet this winter? If so, testing it with a bucket of water may be a good idea to identify any potential malfunctions before there's an issue.
