As an Insurance Associate, responsibilities include but are not limited to conducting policy reviews/consultations with current and prospective clients, actively prospecting new business opportunities, keeping detailed record of business interactions, and staying up-to-date on both state and agency required trainings. Experience in the Insurance industry is not needed. Looking for a friendly and out going person with customer service experience. Offering a compensation plan with base pay, commissions and bonus potential. Also offering flexible scheduling, top-notch products and services. Insurance license is not required to be hired but applicant will need to pass state licensing once hired. On the job training will be provided.
