The United States Navy celebrates 249 years of service this October. On behalf of the Navy Reserve Center Fargo, we are honored to host the Ball and celebrate our Naval Heritage. Our celebration will be held on October 19, 2024, at the North Dakota Air National Guard Base - 199th Wing (Auger Inn), Fargo, North Dakota.

Fargo Navy Ball 2024 Join us in celebrating the 249th Navy Birthday hosted by the Naval Reserve Association Chapter 169.

After a long three years, the Fargo AirSho has returned and concluded. The Fargo Airsho draws more than 30,000 spectators from the United States and Canada, each year that it hosts this spectacular event. NRC Fargo would like to say thank you for allowing us to represent the U.S. Navy and community, while interacting with the locals on such a personal level.

Joining us was Adm. Stuart Munsch, Commander of U.S. Naval Forces, Europe-Africa. Adm. Munsch who is a North Dakota native conducted an all-hands call with NRC Fargo Sailors during 2024 in Fargo, North Dakota.

That's a wrap! It was an incredible opportunity to be part of 2024. Like all good things, this week's events have come to a close. We're extremely proud of the hard work and dedication of our Sailors to make this week successful.

Who’s getting excited for the AirSho?

Here is an interview with NRC Fargo’s Skipper giving us some information on the upcoming Navy week.

Navy Week Preview Navy Week is July 22nd-28th. Adam hosts Jill Brown and Steve Watley for an interview to learn more.

NRC Fargo Staff and Navy Reserve Sailors hosted Capt. Peppel, Commander REDCOM Everett, and REDCOM Everett Staff during a command assessment in Fargo. During Captain Peppel’s visit he inspected facilities, examined all programs across the command for effectiveness and spoke to Service Members assigned to NRC Fargo. He also recognized several Staff members for their outstanding work and excellence in professionalism.

A big hooyah to our hardworking and dedicated YNs! YN2 Vandehey, YN2 Velloza, and YN1 Suarez on receiving Junior Sailor of the Quarter (JSOQ) and Sailor of the Quarter (SOQ). This is truly a testament to their commitment to excellence and dedication to their work.

Congratulations to HM2 Aarness on your well-deserved promotion to HM1. Your dedication and hard work have paid off, and we are thrilled to see you excel in your new role!

NRC Fargo staff extends a helping hand to local Harvest Hope Farm in the continuous development of their innovative growing dome, designed to provide fresh produce to families in need throughout the harsh North Dakota winters, and NRC Fargo received recognition for their continued volunteer efforts on the organization's homepage.
