Family heritage is told from generation to generation. Some get recorded. Some are lost.

Some of my fondest memories are listening to my grandmother's stories of her life in Norway. Growing up wealthy, losing her mother at a young age, to German occupation during WWII, starting a family then uprooting them to start a new life in Wisconsin. ❤️

I’m like my grandmother, so when I go to Norway, our family visits are about the stories we share. The stories strengthen our family bond across continents.
