From felon to CEO: North Dakota man seeks pardon to inspire redemption Second chances offer a rare opportunity to rewrite the past, proving that growth and redemption are possible even after life’s hardest mistakes.
So, let’s see if I’m still restricted. I want to do a virtual basket for F5 Project. We are supported through your contributions and as you know it’s been a rough year between funding, layoffs and cuts. We are doing our best to try and make it all work but one of the avenues we struggled with is Facebook donations. For some reason I wasn’t able to do them on my profile, so I started this page.
Typically we do F5 $5 Friday. I’m hoping that you will take a moment and put some money in the virtual basket today. All donations going towards participants and housing across the state. This helps fills the gaps for our people and team. Something as small as the cost of a cup of coffee by a bunch of people can help change the world. Make the communities safer. Reunite families everywhere. Help us, help others. Help me, help people like me.
This picture was a moment where we had a person walk in that was not well. I spent the next two hours with him as he was having an episode. My only goal is that he felt safe, grace and didn’t get charged with anything. We were successful and ensuring that happen. I bet him and I hugged 4-5 times as he went through his episode. Special shout out to Deb from our office and the Fargo Police Department for helping during this crisis.
You never know what you will encounter when you provide support on the streets or when people come to the office.
Thank you.

Celebrating Two Years of the Ridge Treatment and Reentry Center! 🎉
We are thrilled to mark our 2nd anniversary, having served over 4,000 patients in our mental health clinic and over 1,000 patients at our treatment center. Approximately 64% of our patients have received care on a walk-in basis during their immediate time of need, and about 46% have been treated regardless of their ability to pay.
Currently, 67% of the population we serve are diagnosed with opioid use disorder, with a significant number affected by the fentanyl crisis, a number that continues to grow. We are immensely proud of our dedicated staff, grateful for the unwavering support of our community, and deeply honored by our patients who trust us with their care.
When we started this journey, I could never have envisioned we would grow into the organization we are today. I cannot wait to see what the next chapter brings.
Happy 2nd Birthday to The Ridge! It’s a privilege to be part of this incredible journey. Thank you for being with us every step of the way.
Recovery works!
