Watch out Fargo Golf, there's a new challenge on the green 😎🏌️

Several of our employees took on the challenge of golfing ALL 5 Fargo Golf Courses in one single day. Starting the day at 6:11 am at Osgood, they wrapped up 66 holes by 9:09 pm at Edgewood.

The courses are experiencing very wet conditions this morning, April 12. Below are some important updates:

☑️El Zagal Golf Course closed until 12 pm today

Our staff are walking the courses daily to determine conditions and tentative course openings☀️

At this point, all five courses still have standing snow in places and are very wet and soft. When courses are in this condition a high volume of traffic (foot or carts) can cause severe damage to the turf.

With this week's temperatures projected to be warmer and sunny, we are keeping our fingers crossed that Osgood and Edgewood can open driving ranges by late this week and courses next. But of course, things can change quickly and are weather dependent!

While we are just as eager to tee-off as you are, mother nature is still playing a couple of winter games ❄️🏌️‍♂️

We want to keep you up-to-date on what our staff is seeing out on the course. At this time, greens, tees, and collars are continuing to see consistently frozen ground. While the ground does seem to warm up a bit in the late afternoons, unfortunately nighttime temperatures are staying consistently low.

As we look towards a colder week and the possibility of snow this weekend, we can't guarantee a timeline on when courses and practice facilities will be opening but we know warmer days will be on the horizon eventually!
