The courses are experiencing very wet conditions this morning, April 12. Below are some important updates:

☑️No carts at Osgood, Prairiewood, and Edgewood Golf Courses
☑️Carts on paths only at Rose Creek Golf Course
☑️Osgood Driving Range closed until further notice
☑️El Zagal Golf Course closed until 12 pm today

While we are just as eager to tee-off as you are, mother nature is still playing a couple of winter games ❄️🏌️‍♂️

We want to keep you up-to-date on what our staff is seeing out on the course. At this time, greens, tees, and collars are continuing to see consistently frozen ground. While the ground does seem to warm up a bit in the late afternoons, unfortunately nighttime temperatures are staying consistently low.

As we look towards a colder week and the possibility of snow this weekend, we can't guarantee a timeline on when courses and practice facilities will be opening but we know warmer days will be on the horizon eventually!

This is a necessary part of course maintenance and involves perforating the soil with small holes to alleviate compaction and promote healthier grass growth. It ensures that greens remain in optimal condition🏌️

We've been dreaming about this moment since October 😍 ALL 18-holes at Rose Creek will be open this Friday at 10:00 am.

We just heard from head Superintendent and head Golf Pro that all 18-holes at Rose Creek Public Golf Course will be ready to go for opening on Friday, April 28 at 10:00 am.

Book your tee times at FargoGolf.net before they fill up and we'll see you at the Creek!

Rose Creek staff are working hard to get you out on the course as soon as possible! The driving range and practice facilities are scheduled to open Thursday, April 27 at 10 am. Holes 1 - 9 are scheduled to open Friday, April 28 at 10 am. The full 18-hole course is to be determined based on weather conditions and flood clean-up efforts.

We are currently pumping water out of the driving range and cleaning up flood debris on the holes that flooded. On the rest of the course, debris is being blown from greens and tees and the fairways that are dry are being mowed.

Check out the most recent episode of Muni Misfits in the morning show. The Misfits were joined by special guest and hometown star, Amy Olson! In 2017, Olson earned her LPGA Tour card and has since become a consistent presence on the Tour, earning multiple top-10 finishes and a runner-up finish at the 2020 US Women's Open.

Amy is an inspiration to aspiring golfers everywhere and an all-around stellar person. It was so fun to visit with her! Make sure to send Amy good luck wishes in her upcoming season!
